We accept all major credit cards, wire transfer and cash.
You will be charged once your order has been placed. If an item status is set to “Pre-Order” or “Back Order”, or “Available”, you will be charged upon clicking the payment button. Please note ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an automatic from PayPal with your receipt and an email from us that your order was placed. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Any requests to change or cancel an order should be made over the phone with one of our representatives. Requests sent via email may not be received in time, and your order may ship. Please double check that your order is correct before submitting your order.
An order that has already received tracking cannot be canceled. Please call us 1-800-111-2222 to set up a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) once your order has been received.
New orders take approximately 2-3 days to process before shipping. Expedite shipping is available on a per order request.
